How to add, edit, and manage patient records
Patient management is the foundation of SRAT-AI. Create comprehensive patient profiles including demographics, medical history, imaging findings, and clinical examination data. You can manually enter data or import from Epic FHIR. Each patient record supports multiple treatment analyses, comparison studies, and tracking of outcomes over time. Use filters and search to quickly find specific patients.
Navigate to Patients
Click 'Patients' in the sidebar menu
Add New Patient
Click 'Add New Patient' button and fill in demographics
Enter Medical History
Complete medical history, medications, and comorbidities
Upload Imaging
Add MRI, X-ray, or CT images and reports
Save and Continue
Save the patient record and proceed to treatment analysis
- Enter complete and accurate patient data for best AI results
- Use Epic FHIR import when available to save time
- Keep patient records up-to-date with latest imaging and labs
- Tag patients for easy organization and retrieval
